Parents and players, we hope that everyone is enjoying the season so far! As Holidays are approaching overeating can be a result in feeling sluggish, loss of energy and getting a little to heavy around the mid section. Make sure you are making wise nutritional decisions and putting the right fuel into your body and not the wrong fuel. Look to consume complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbs, avoiding saturated and trams fats and getting the proper amount of protein! We wish you happy all a happy holiday and look forward to the new year as it approaches!
