It is a well known fact among high-level athletes that if a player truly wants to excel and take their game to the highest levels, they need to put in the work between their seasons to improve. Also, preparation in the preseason is HUGE from a Coach’s point of view. When the beginning of spring season and team tryouts roll around for your respective high schools, middle schools, and youth teams, Coaches have a lot of decisions to make…
What will the talent level look like this year?..
Who will make the team?..
Who will they have to cut?..
Which returning players look faster/slower, stronger/weaker, better/worse then they were last year?..
What new players catch their eye?
WHICH PLAYERS HAVE COMMITTED TO GETTING BETTER IN THE OFF SEASON??

Nothing makes a better impression on a Coach, new or returning, than showing up for the first week of tryouts or practice already in good shape physically with your skills sharp and “dialed-in” like you haven’t put your stick down at all in the off-season.

Our facility, the OA Sportscenter, and our collaborative relationship with Parisi Speed School and Orthopedic Associates allows us to offer a level of training that no other program in the area can offer ALL UNDER ONE ROOF!

This program offers a combination of professional speed, agility and footwork training provided by the Parisi Speed School and Lacrosse Skill Training designed specifically for players to not only shake the winter rust off and prepare for their seasons, but also improve many aspects of their individual skill sets including stick skills(ball control, passing, shooting, ground balls), offensive/defensive skills(dodging, sliding, approach), and “Lacrosse IQ” or “Game Sense”(positioning, vision, decision-making, strategies).
Our experienced and knowledgable coaching staff will focus on improving each player by reinforcing prior skills and knowledge and then pushing their abilities out of their comfort zones with high tempo and next level drills and concepts in order to help them come closer to reaching their potential as a lacrosse player with each and every session.

Our number one priority is PLAYER DEVELOPMENT and we guarantee each player in this program will finish the session ready and excited for their spring seasons to start with finely tuned skills and a confidence that they can and will continue to take their game to the next level.
